The official e-EFKA mobile application enables citizens to have direct access to their social security information from their mobile devices, easily and securely.

Through the application, you can:

•    Update your registry details
•    View your insurance history
•    Get information about your pensions
•    Issue official certificates (e.g., Employment History Certificate, Social Security Clearance)
•    Get information about contributions and debts

1. How do I log in to the application?
Login is done using your TAXISnet authentication credentials with OTP (One-Time Password).

2. Do I need to create a new account?
No. The application automatically connects to your e-EFKA profile via TAXISnet authentication.

3. What is the National Communication Registry and why am I getting a “Strong Authentication” message?
To access the Citizen Dashboard, you must have certified contact details in your account, because upon login a verification code is sent to your mobile phone. Log in to the National Communication Registry to certify your contact details (mobile number, email).

4. Are my personal data stored on my mobile device?
No. Your data is only displayed temporarily and is not permanently stored on the device.
