Terms of Use – Citizen Dashboard Application

The “Citizen Dashboard” application (hereinafter “Application”) is the official digital tool of the e-National Social Security Agency (e-EFKA) and provides citizens with access to selected online social security services.
Use of the Application is subject to the following terms:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Application, the user unconditionally accepts these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
2. Purpose of the Application
The Application provides:
- Update of insured person’s registry details
- Access to the user’s insurance history
- Pension statement information
- Issuance of certificates and attestations (e.g., employment history, social security clearance)
- Information about contributions and debts
3. Access & Authentication
Access to the Application is granted through secure authentication via:
- TAXISnet credentials
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.
4. Data Use & Privacy
Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable e-EFKA Privacy Policy, available here.
Data displayed within the Application are not permanently stored on the user’s device.
5. Usage Restrictions
The user may not:
- Copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer the application
- Attempt to access personal data of third parties
- Use the Application for misleading or unlawful purposes
6. Service Availability
e-EFKA makes every effort to ensure continuous availability of the Application but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absence of technical errors.
7. Amendments to Terms
e-EFKA reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be published in the Application and/or on the Organization’s website.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
